Shipping and Returns Policy

Because your items are imported and custom-ordered specifically for you immediately after you place an order, Icebox strictly does not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges for any reason other than receiving a damaged or defective item.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. All sales are final.


 

Important Delivery Information

Due to the nature of our imported products, the standard delivery timeline for all orders is approximately 15 days from the date of purchase. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the quality delivery of your unique item.

 

Policy for Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in packaging and quality checking every item before it leaves our facility, we understand that damage can sometimes occur during the extended transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly arrange for a return and provide a full refund.

Eligibility for a Damaged Return:

  • The item must be clearly damaged (e.g., broken, cracked, non-functional) or defective upon arrival.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery (based on the shipping carrier's delivery confirmation timestamp).

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the damaged item and the original packaging (box/mailer)

How to Report a Damaged Item:

  1. Immediately take clear photos of the damage. Include a photo of the item, the damage itself, and the shipping box/packaging.

  2. Email our support team at iceboxindia2@gmail.com with the subject line: DAMAGED ITEM - Order #[Your Order Number].

  3. Attach the required photos and provide a brief description of the damage.

We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to return the item. We will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed damaged items.


 

Additional Notes

  • Order Cancellation: Due to the immediate ordering of imported items, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

  • Minor Imperfections: Due to the nature of imported goods, minor variations in color, texture, or slight differences from product photos are not considered defects. Returns will only be accepted for significant damage that impairs the use or aesthetic of the item.
